Totally. When I'm done with sexing them up, I like to eat them with fava beans and a nice chianti.

Haven't seen one in awhile. Everyone around me must get plenty of iodine in their diet. Depending on what type of goiter and where in the body it is located you are referring to. I assume in the thyroid gland.
