Don't take life so seriously. It's not about the destination - It's about the trip.
Get an education, but don't worry too much about the job market - there's no point in studying something you're not. Not if you're going to enjoy life.
For financial advice, hard to say. Real estate seems to have been the big winner, but demographics are changing and there seems to be a bubble about to blow in that sector, but who knows?

Let your mind guide you, not your glands.
Learn to find happiness in ideas, family and nature... not in sports, gambling, intoxicants or power.
Don't focus too hard on trying to get ahead... many men die miserable trying to hold onto those life possessions they have accumulated. You get more out of giving to those less fortunate.
It's better to spend time with your children than spend money on them.

Identify your dream and put 100% into it. Don't become attached to it, Be flexible, but never give up on it because it's hard, Only if it's no longer what you want.

Blow all your money on good times but always have enough left over.
Be as irresponsible as you can get away with but do it responsibly.
Get all the tail you can but don't make any accidental babies and don't pick up a virus.
Most importantly don't take advice from strangers on the internet.
