I agree with someone else's answer- it's nothing to do with women, men, race, colour, creed, and so on! The real problem arises when various people start to use their politics at the work place, instead of business principles, to run their companies. For all the companies I have worked for, I have never barged into anyone else's office and told them how to run their companies based on my conservative redneck beliefs- that is out of line! And, likewise, this should not be happening the other way around either! There are enough issues to deal with in business already without having to deal with political garbage!! Whether men or women are better at running a company just creates more conflicts that hinder companies from handling their regular tasks and responsibilities- that's my opinion and hopefully it makes some kind of sense.

That's a huge generalization to make. Some women are better managers than some men; some men are better managers than some women. Gender has very little to do with it; managerial skills and business knowledge are much more important predictors of success.

Well, women like you are not better managers than men, considering your grammar.

This question is somewhat sexist. It matters on the person's ability, not their sex.
