I have cysts on both my ovaries. I usually have regular 27 day cycles but my last cycle was 32 days and I ovulated on CD25. I am now on CD 18 and have not ovulated yet. And no sign either. I usually have Egg white cervical mucous 3-2 days prior to Ovulation but I have been very dry and my cervix is quite low.

Could the cysts on my ovaries be messing up my cycles and preventing/delaying ovulation?

I do not have PCOS. Just "functional" cysts on both ovaries.

I had cysts and endometriosis and that did not stop me from getting pregnant. If your late then take a test and good luck.

Yes. Cysts have the ability to grow and cause lots of other problems. If I were you , I would schedule an appointment with the ob/gyn. Good luck!

Sorry not too sure on this one you should just call your doctor in the morning when they open and let them know what is going on

Have you had a diagnosis of polysistic ovarian syndrome? You can find more information about it at www.4woman.gov. If you are trying to get pregnant and have not had a diagnosis please consult your gynocologist for treatment.
