No, unless you it doesn't come in large numbers. It makes things suspicious. If you send thousands of laptops without letting the authorities know, you will be arrested for smuggling and all sorts of crime. Anyways, since its just one laptop you won't have trouble. Make sure the address is accurate and is approved to be shipped by the customs and authorities.
