I wrote a complaint on their website because the young man working the cash register accused me of giving beer to my children . We bought $150 from the store including a six pack of beer and the young man said I was going to give the beer to my 10 and 12 year old sons . I wrote a complaint to Walmart, but the supervisor reffered it to the local Walmart manager . The local manager covered for his employee and basically told me I was wrong and the employee was right . I guess the customer is always wrong at that Walmart in North Richland Hills , Texas .

Visit the restroom.....

They have entire rolls of complaint forms there.

You may leave your complaint there to be ignored or mail it in to be ignored. Either way...same result.
