How do I undelete my recycling bin?

I deleted the actual "bin" by mistake

If you are running XP just restore your PC to the day before you deleted it. You will not lose any files but will have to redownload any program istalled since the restore point.

Well, I think it's too late... You can't typically restore the trash can..... If you had pressed CTL Z immediately, it may have come back. CTL Z will 'undo the last action' but it has to be the next thing you press.
