Kenny Loggins is a known singer of the late 80's and 90's. He has had several great hits including a duet performed live with Shanice Wilson which is very pretty "And Love Will Follow" I would strongly suggest that you do a search on a music site and down load some music and Not reveal on whatever day that you're performing that you haven't heard of him--simply because it would be in bad form as he has had gold records and successful movie soundtracks. I think he may have done "Foot Loose" from the film as well.

I remember him from Loggins and Messina. I thought Jim Messina was a better musician but Kenny had a more prominent career. He peaked out in the 80's with a soundtrack for one of those dancing movies. He also did a duet with Stevie Nicks of Fleetwood Mac. I would say that working with him should be an honor and a great opportunity.

He was in the 80s.He sang footloose and Danger Zone(theme from Top Gun) and he was also in a group in the 70s called Sanford Townsend Band.
