It could be just a rash as in like a nappy rash, because of not being able to change her pad when necessary.. She should get a note sent to the school to say that she is allowed to go and change her pads when necessary. Tell her to get herself some nappy rash cream and apply to the pimple like things. If that doesn't clear it up she should go and see her doctor.

Thats gross...I've never heard of anything like that before. I'm in high school and I've not been able to change my pads for a long time and that's never happened. Tell her to go to the doctors, it could be another problem thats not related to the pads. Either way, the doctor will tell her what to do to get rid of it.

It sounds like a bit of an allergic reaction to the pad. Maybe she should try a different brand or maybe a smaller one that doesn't quite reach back so far. Either way, if she's going to still borrow your bikini, just wash it first before you wear it again.

first of all, a bikini is like underwear and no two people should wear each others underwear even if they are sisters... tell her that you don't feel comfortable sharing something like that with her ( think of it like this -you wouldn't wash your vagina with the same towel as she washed hers with would you) no i don't think so ... remember your health is very important
