The Playstation 3 IS region free!
It will play games from all other regions, so you'll have no problem from other countries, so you can plays Austrailia games or even US games on your Asian Playstion 3!

The PS4 is probable going to return out everywhere from 2014-2016 maximum probably, easily no longer this 365 days. i think of getting a PS3 would be a sturdy investment, you will easily get your moneys worth out of it.

I believe that they should because the only thing that is diffrent is the language. They both will stll use Blue Ray and I don't see why they wouldn't.
