Fact: The accomplice is the deceased.
After the robbery took place the defendent murdered
his accomplice, (the now deceased) so that he
wouldnt have to split his winnings. Both the defendent and the deceased had a blood acohol level of .9 at the time of the robbery. Therefore the defendent will get off with 2nd degree murder 8-11 years in jail with a chance of probation after 6.
