I started a new job a week ago. I have since learned that the company is a scam, and doesn't really do charity work for a missing children's group. I have since found out it is a DS Max company. They have cult like behavior, have been very vague and even lied to me about their business and such things as benefits. I was working 12 hr days, and then expected to study and teach back their methods including every detail the next day in my spare time. Their morning meetings consisted of brainwashing and telling us how much money we could make if we stick it out selling crap at supermarkets, working solely on commission, and pretending to help out a children's charity. I found a lot of sites online about people being scammed the same way I was. My "trainer" called me today since I didn't go in yesturday. I didn't answer. How do I go about getting paid for the work I did?

Just a note, I did fill out the normal tax forms on my first day. Should I tell them what I think of them?
