Concerned...?

Question

I bascially hate my chest. I just turned 14 and I have 36 A's and I absolutely hate them! I am so envious of flat-chested people and I would give anything to be flat. Is there anything I can do to help my breasts look smaller or any way to get them flatter? I am really self-consious about them and I hate to wear tight clothes now because I don't like showing them. help :-(

Wear black or dark tops, not tight one and preferably no sleeves, with flaired skirts and pants that are of a lighter color than your top. Wear bright colors only on the lower half of your body. A large fashion accessory such as a belt will also help to detract attention from your bust.
But when you get older you will meet a loving man who will no doubt like your breasts very much.
Did you ever stop to consider other girls are jealous? But I do know how hard it can be to be so young and finding yourself in the beginnings of a woman's body, especially if you receive negative attention.
Hang in there, and learn to love your body!
Oops I forgot. Go to a bra shop or department store and ask which bra is best to keep your bust flattened and under control, trust me they will help you, its their job! But an "A" cup in any size is quiet small, are you sure you have the size right?

You could try a sport bra. If I get a good one, I can flatten my small DD's into large C's. I wouldn't worry about making them smaller because most guys like it, but certain chest exercises could do the trick. (By the way, when I was 12, I was a 32B and weighed 90 pounds, so I know how you feel.) Be proud of the body you have, though. There's absolutely nothing wrong with it.

I think it depends on what kind of bra you wear, if you wear a sports bra it will definately flatten your chest a bit. Try going to a bra store and talking to them about it and asking what other types of bras they recommend. You can also try getting the tube top-like bras, and wear it overtop of the bra that you're wearing. But don't worry, in time your friends will catch up to you and you won't have the biggest breasts, and it's really not a bad thing. But I can understand how you feel because you're only young. And there alot of shirts that you can wear that aren't tight so you won't have to feel so self-conscious about yourself. Good luck, and try not to let it bother you!

U are very blessed to have breasts like that, folks pay to get em like that.
Thank God for your breast and the flat chested gals will grow them sooner or later.
Get used to them and wear a wire bra to hold them up high.
Boys love big breasts so feel proud and not discouraged.

36 A IS flat. They do make bras for that kind of thing, but I have to think they're well nigh impossible to find in that size.

I'm 18 and hunny I'm wayyyyyy bigger (38 c, and needing bigger bra) then that...but i love them and so do my b/f but instead of buying a babydoll tee buy something a LITTLE looser or layer...by the way hun A's are minor...just wait till u go pro!

wow. well there isnt really anything you can do to stop your breasts from growing. most girls want theirs to be oh so big, im surprised you dont want yours to grow! haha.
but hmm. try a sports bra. they flatten breasts out and dont give any movement. that should help.

I don't know what your worried about 36A's is a small size. Trust me your still young when you get older you will want bigger boobs. Your blouses will look fuller and not baggy.
