Are you asking if people swear, they do in every GTA game.
I didn't play Just Cause, but I don't believe they swear in that or Crackdown.

they don't cuss in midnight club 3 which is an awesome racing game. its a racing game in a city and there are no restrictions. it is just get from point A to point B. there is also a ton of stuff you can do to customise your car. Thousands of different options! you are just in a city with no rules. best street racing sim out there. other games make you think you are free to go wherever and you just run into an invisible wall. in this game, you really can pick your own route.

They cuss a lot in all GTA games, but i LOVE them. I have a way to stop the cussing, but tis top secrete...ok, I'll tell you, but DON'T tell anybody, ok, heres what you do, you turn your sound down =P
