Sure. It might irritate your skin but you can bleach it. Might take less time to just use a home waxing kit though. It would last longer and grow back in finer. That's what I do in the summer.
I used to bleach my arm hair and I think I used Jolene brand bleach but in a larger package than what I bought for facial hair. I wax that now too. TMI?

Try removing it because if your a little darker it may look blonde.
