Subway is trying to get ppl to eat their food instead of the others. Subway CAN be healthy (if you hold the mayo and the cheese). You are right, you can be healthy even if you eat at McD's and Burger King-- as long as you don't order that giant sandwich with cheese omelet and double portion of sausage on it. There was a lady who lost weight in a month eating at McD's but she ate really small portions. I have eaten the Happy Meals in order to cut calories and I am an adult.

If you are eating nasty fast food or eating out at any restuarants frequently you will gain weight! You may not be gaining weight right now but as soon as your metabolism slows down you are going to be like where the heck did this come from? You also may feel fit as a fiddle but if you are not doing at least 30minutes of cardio a day and you sit behind a computer all day then you are not fit as a fiddle! Eating fast food and eating at restuarants is not good for anybody even if they are eating a salad. All the portions that you can get at these places can feed 2-3 people! Subway is giving people a wake up call that sitting in front of a video came and eating junk food all day is not good...to bad a majority of our youth does it!! Subway is also giving us a reality check...next time we are ordering at fast food look at what you are ordering and what it can do to you. However subway isnt that great either. Processed deli meat is not good for you at all. That guy who lost all that weight eating subway ate veggie subs not meat subs. I think America as a whole needs a diet makeover!!

We Americans as a whole do not realize how awful fast food is. Subway isn't even as good as they claim it is.
I think it's okay to bash fast food chains because of this. People need to realize that there's a reason a majority of Americans are overweight; because we've grown to think it's okay and normal to eat pizza and burgers and fried chicken and drink soda every day.
And presumably, you're young. Wait til you're 30 and see if eating fast food all the time and sitting at a computer all day still has had no effect on you.
And that's just you who are not overweight from fast food. Look at all the obese 12 year olds walking around these days. That's not normal, and I doubt they eat veggies and baked/steamed chicken and drink lots of water.

Good for you that you can eat whatever you want and not gain weight. Watch your cholesterol and weight as you get older however. The fact is that most of the food from Mc D's and BK are loaded with 50-95% of your calories/fat/salt for the day. People who are unaware of this consume multiple times what they should in a day. Subway is not putting video games down, they are highlighting an unhealthy lifestyle which many people lead. They are obviously also highlighting their new healthier choices. Menu vs. Menu, Subway is better for you. There's no way you can argue that fact.

I think the Subway commercials are stupid. I don't even understand the video game one. What are they attacking? Stupid games that don't even exist? Impressionable children? Unless Subway finds an alternative to video gaming as well, they should stick to attacking bad food, not games.
Also, I do not go to fast food restaurants for raisins and milk. I go to fast food restaurants for burgers and shakes.

S. is probable McDonalds, yet Wendy's, Burger King, Taco Bell and Arby's are around the rustic as properly. i don't have plenty determination, yet I certainly tend to have faith McDonald's has the ideal fries, Burger King has the ideal burgers, and Wendy's has frostys.

You may feel good now, but the fat is starting to build up in your arteries. You are also young and your metabolism is quite fast. Each decade it will slow down. How will you break bad eating/ exercise habits after 20,30,40 years?

It's a competition ploy...don't worry. Subway, as you probably know, is very healthfood concious--burgers etal, to them, almost without exception, don't fall into the healthfood group.

People need to understand that too much of those things is a bad thing. it's a wake up call. and just because you're thin, it doesn't make you healthy.
