TIV is banned and the other ones aren't as good as Gagagigo.

well first of all, u have some ban cards and some cards are limited. Gravity bind is limited to one and Tribe-Infecting Virus is now banned.
Next take out Sea Serpent Warrior Of Darkness, Space Mambo, 7 Colored Fish, Creeping Doom Manta and Unshaven Angler (u only have 2 monsters for this trubite). Add 2x Giga Gagagigo since you're gonna be using Legendary Ocean's effect. and also add Yomi ship x3 they are really useful. Treeborn frog will help you stall a bit and use for trubiting. I'd add another mobious, they're just too good. Sangan will also search for most of your monsters.
for spells, why do you have Final count down? most games don't go for over 20 turns nowadays unless you're stalling. also not a big fan of Riryoku and Big wave small wave. should add a Noblemen of crossout, snatch steal and fissure or smashing grounds.
traps... eh its ok cept one less gravity bind so add a mirror force if you can get one, other than that add Sakuretsus.

lose the reload and replace with magical mallot ,lose ordeal of traveler and add sakuretsu armor,add 2 pengiun soliders,lose final countdown,lose 2 lengendary fisherman and add gigogiga(something like that)add 1 creature swap,lose the mambo and add 3 mother grizzely
rating ur deck is 6-10

To me it looks bout a 9...a trap card you might wanna think about adding is either Judgement of Anubis or Sakeretsu Armor...
