These heads came out in 1957. That yr ,a certain valve cover would fit and it had staggered valve bolt holes. After than that A double hump on the front of the head used on fuel injected Corvettes or small blocks with a solid lift cam amd 2.02 or 1.94 valves were called "fuelie heads. One thing about the smaller 1.94 valves could be easily machined out to 2.02 and 1.60 valves

They are special high flow heads used on fuel injected Chevy Bel Airs and Corvettes from 1957 to about 1965 or 6. They had bigger ports and valves. The early ones had 1.94" dia. intake valves which quickly grew to 2.02" dia. Desirable for more power and getting more rare and valuable and harder to find. Most don't have mounting holes in them like newer heads. Sometimes called 'Power Pack' heads from the early 2-4 barrel carbed engines of the mid '50s.

I believe the head,s you are referring to are the g.m fuelie head,s known as the camel hump head,s...........large port design......2.02 intake valve,s....1.50 exhaust valve,s.....small chamber .......for higher compression........the top of the line factory head,s...........power pack head,s were the next step down........then stock head,s.....hope this help,s you.
