Pack up all his s-h-i-t place it on the side walk (not the lawn so that it doesn't disturb your beautiful grass or w/e) and put 20 bucks on the top of the stuff with a note that says "You've outstayed your welcome. Good luck."

That's that. He'll probably harass you for a wee bit but then in the long run he'll go away and you'll be back to normal! Been there done this.... it takes kicking them out to get some progress!

Good luck!

First, you tell him that he has 10 days to find another place to live. Then, if he doesn't leave, call the Sheriff or local law enforcement agency, tell them that he is refusing to leave YOUR home. Just because he is a relative, it gives him no legal right to stay there. Just make sure that your "Mum" is in total agreement, and put up a united front. Good Luck.

Oh my god. Give him/brother 30 days to vacate, then toss his stuff onto the sidewalk and change your locks! Tell mum she's next if she lets him in again! Good luck to you.

Just be truthful and straight forward. It is time he grows up and gets a job. He may be upset, for a while; but, he'll get over it. All you are doing is enabling him.
