Liars are people that have a subconscious in the back of their heads, they know they are lying, just trying to stay out of trouble, and doesn't always work. Sometimes they lie to cover up lies, they believe in their own lies.
Cheaters don't care either way they don't have any emotion who they are hurting, whether you or themselves and others. This goes for cheating on spouses to cheating on their math test...they don't care.
