its not a good idea ,,but yes,,while installing the game change the installation directory to the letter of your external drive (D,E,F,G,ect)

Hi. If the computer you are connecting to has enough available RAM then maybe. The game HAS to be in RAM because the USB is not usually fast enough for gaming.
