how do i get my password?

i got a new laptop and when u turn it on for the first time it ask for a password and now i can remember now im trying to download stuff on my 2d user account but its asking for a owner password plse help.

It says in the manual....or try "admin" as a login and no password.

If its windows XP, or Windows Vista, there is no way of getting your password, that is one thing about that, is once you set a password you are suppose to make a backup password desk that you can insert into the computer and will unlock the computer if you ever forget the information because XP and Vista are virtually non passable without that user password, or Backup password desk.
