Other than adoption, including possible transplants, we are seeking any and all viable options. She already has children of her own, but wants to have one together, we just got married, she desires this alot. any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

Surrogate mother. You have to find a surrogate mother (I think the site is called surrogatemomsonline.com) and then all of you have to go to a fertility clinic. They will test all of you (for AIDS, among other things), then co-ordinate your wife's cycle with the surrogate mother. They can withdraw eggs from your wife, mix them with your sperm in a lab, and insert them into the surrogate mother. Be sure and have a legal contract, and check the laws in your state. Some states are more "surro-friendly" than others.

The process can take a year and more than one try. It's not for the faint-hearted or those afraid of needles.

I think you should look into surrogate mothers. Maybe a family member?
