I want to get my make-up done for my prom, i live in Greenville,SC... whos good and where should i go?

Call your local department stores. Most make-up counters will do your makeup for free. (Macy's, Belk, Dillards, etc.) I did it for my anniversary the other night. Tell them it's for prom. Sometimes you need an appt. But, sometimes it's just walk-in. They use the counter samples on you. But, they'll macth it up to your skin tone. Make sure you tell them what color you're wearing so they can compliment that.
See if they'll give you samples to take, buy some make-up there (same that they put on you), or take some of your owon. Most proms will give you a number for your pics. You don't want to be dancing all night & then take your pics last w/o freshening up your make-up!

When I went to the prom (6 years ago) I did my own makeup. I think most people did. Usually people just went to get their hair done. I guess if you just want to spend the money on having someone else do it, you should look up some beauty salons/spas in your area under the phone book.

go to your local mall at the cosmetic counter at one of the big department stores and ask for a makeover, you might have to buy some cosmetics to make them happy (an eye shadow or lip stick they used) call ahead to make sure you have plenty of time

Ulta! they have a large variety of makeup/perfume/hair products & i went there for winter formal. they are great :)

Get a book from the library on makeup application and do it yourself. Save your money for something more important.

why are girls these days so eager to grow up and have everything done early. get your makeup done when you are getting married. do it all now and none of it will be special then.
