If you only have $211, you may as well have $0. Gas, food, and a movie and that money will be gone in 4 days. You need to learn alot about money if you are asking this question.

Buy a savings bond, you'll earn money on the investment and its fairly liquid without really any penalties. And being that $200 isn't exatly a lot to play around with if nothing else just put it away in a savings account instead of blowing it on something you'll regret having in a year at most.

if you want to save/invest it you can either buy a savings bond or open a high yield savings account through an online bank like ing direct. for an amount that small those are your best options.

Save half and spend half if you blow all your money then it's a complete waste. Of course you don't have to save it all. Go have some fun!

whatever you want to spend....if you need clothes, shoes etc....do you need to buy food?
