how much dows their heart way and how lonng/big are they

According to good ol' wikipedia, giraffes' hearts can weigh up to 24 pounds, or 10 kilograms, and can be up to 2 feet long.

p.s. isn't it call a taxidermist?

They are generally about 20-24 feet long. The last giraffe heart I removed weighed about 4 pounds.
