it would help the mood by finding out what the crowd would be more interested to listen to. If you dislike pop, then i'd go with 1. new wave or alternative music 2. trance music 3. hip hop or 4. Heavy metal music

if you have itunes, they have this "spring break mix." its pretty cool, check out the list and download it from itunes or some third party program. i personally reviewed it and i thought it was a decent mix. enjoy!! =]
