Tell me about your scary ghost experience?

I was going to get ready for dinner, so i went into the bathroom to wash my hands. I didnt fell like turning on the light because i was just washing my hands. There was this big mirror above the sink and i look into it and there in the bath tub was a women and her whole entire body was glowing( it seemed like her entire body was these little glowing swirling balls of light) i turnewd around and she was looking at me and then she just went down the bath tub drain.

Another story of MY OWN EXPERIENCE:

This had happened just on Wednesday of this month. I was getting ready for bed and i went into my room to bring down my curtains ( I have 4 windows in my room, and the blinds are the pull down ones to keep out light), I went in there and i pulled one of them down and i felt a weird energy so i turned to look at the blind and i was it go down like someone was pulling it then it shot right back up really fast. I ran out of the room and sat on the couch. I decided to sleep out in the living room so i had to go get my blankets from my room and i went in. When i was in my room I went over to my vent on the other side of the room to get my blanket from my bean bag and i felt the energy again and I heard my bed make a noise like someone was on it. I ran out again and didnt go in for the rest of the night. When i settled down i went to go wash my face and i walked into the hallway, and the closet door just shut by itself. I through up my hand to try to move it with my mind (trying to better my telekinetic ability) but it didnt work. I felt the energy behing me and i turned around fast and there behing me was a man. He was wearing a black jacket and a pair of black pants. He scared me to death (metaphor) so i told him to go away. After i said that he ran back into my room. I went and washed my face and when i came out of the bathroom he was waiting and he followed me the rest of the night until i told him to go away so i could sleep.
We live at the VA SORCC, which is where the veterans from war come to live after they are done in war. There have been murders here, there was one just 2-3 years ago. The morge here was turned into the fire station and all of the apartment here are haunted.

I go to a boarding school that is seriously haunted, I was walking down the hall at night and this shimmery thing came towards me, there was a weird sound coming from it. I got so cold and then I passed out. I woke up the next morning with a head injury, as I fell I hit the guest room door knob.

on a few occasions I have seen my grandmother who died when I was about five months old, sitting at the end of my bed.. I was not scared tho... other times I would hear footsteps.. children playing in the house which had no children.

I've felt an ice cold large hand grab my shoulder from behind, and when I looked back to see who it was.. there was no one there..

I've had what some scientists call sleep paralysis.. (I don't believe the scientists) There was one evening when I awoke with this thing sitting on my chest...I could only see the bottom part...It' looked like a monkey.. hair, brown and long tail...I was paralyzed, couldn't scream and felt such fear that it goes beyond comprehension..I would not wish that fear on my worst enemy...

Another time this happened to me while I was staying at my sister's house..(I was recovering from surgery, and this is why I don't believe the scientists explanation of this phenomena) The same thing happened.. I awoke paralyzed.. couldn't scream, although I was screaming.. I felt two large arms reaching from under the bed and grabbing me and pulling my down.. the next day when I told my sister what had happened, she said the her mother in law who lives with her, also had the same experience on many times .. where she is grabbed by two huge arms are coming from under the bed. I never knew of the mother in law's experience.. first time I heard about it, was that morning when I was telling my sister about the experience which I had the previous night.

my list goes on and on.. I have a ton of these experiences.

Ive had ghost experiences but none of them have been reallt scary. But my friend used to live in a haunted house. One time her and another friend were listening to music in her room and they heard the pipes in the basement start up. It sounded like someone was tapping on them but it was going in tune with the music. They were the only two people in the house. And her ghost didnt like our friend "John". She had pictures of lots of friends up on her wall. She left the room for a little while once and when she came back all the pictures that had John in them were torn off the wall and thrown between her bed and the wall. And he stayed the night at her house once and he woke up with scratches on his back that were unexplainable. And she once saw the shadow of a young man next to a tree when she was looking outside her bedroom window. She lived in the country far away from neighbors and her brother was moved out going to college so that was unexplainable too. Supposedly before her family moved in a young man had died in that tree. He hung himself from it. I really believe that young man was haunting her house.
I believe we had a ghost in my parents house too when I lived there but he seemed to be a non-violent spirit. He did some playful things like moving things around, messing with me and my sisters stereo and alarm clock, changing channels on the tv, and starting up my moms musical bank, but nothing violent.

Well, when my mum was a kid living in Japan, she was out in the garden at night when she was a man at the front gate. She went inside and told her grandma and parents about seeing the stranger. they went outside, but he was gone. Her grandma kind of freaked out when my mum told her what the man looked like. It turned out to be a ghost of my mums grandfather, who was executed by the Japanese government during World War 2.

My little sister was possesed. She had an evil look in her eye her voice was weird and she came at me with a knife. I screamed "God Help me" and she let out a scream like an injured animal and fainted. When she woke up, she was normal and didnt remember a thing.

i was 5 or 6 when this happened, i was sick with the flu and had a humidifier on my nightstand. it was late at night and i had to use the washroom, right when i opened my eyes, i seen in the mist of the humidifier with my nightlight a little girls face moving her mouth like she was saying something..but no sound came out. she had brown eyes and brown hair. she had the face of one of those porcelain dolls of little girls. i totally wigged out and yelled for my mom, who was in the next room. she came in turned on the lights and the girl in the mist was gone. i seriously soiled my sheets that night.
