My nieces have them and to young children ages (lets say) 5-13) think they are cool. And they are for about 5 minutes...but the next kid that comes flying past me in a store with their arms sticking out to the side because they can't balance well and their parents won't make them stop...and they come flying past you and hit you as they go by...I believe I'll trip them...maybe then they'll learn that there is a place and time to use them...and shopping malls at 2PM on a Saturday afternoon is not it!!! But to answer you...yes they are neat...but they can get old real fast too.

My 7 yr old loves them. I would have loved a pair when I was a kid. And they are parent friendly too, any time you want your kid to stop skating, you can just take off the wheels. They're great!

ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!! THey are tacky, and they are annoying. if you are in 3rd grade maybe they are cool. But much older then that NO!!!!!
