Prolly not exactly like him, for a start I ain't no good at European accents,,, although I did get pulled over for a breath test last week, the policeman was very polite,, and seeing as I had not been drinking,,it was 9am for god sake,, he asked me to count from 1-10 into this little gizmo,, I told him I could not count, but would it be ok if I sang a stanza from the Pirates of Penzance,, and he laughed and said he prefered something from Phantom of the Opera,,

Borat was trying to make a point but he was just a bit over the top. I certainly would not act like him if I got pulled over.
