I like this girl, and told her, but she said she just wanted to be friends. I'm okay with that, and she has been friendly in a way to me since this started.... but at the same time, she's overly friendly with everyone and I have this feeling that she's only being nice to me to be polite. She has said over and over that no, she really DOES enjoy my company, but again, she says that to everybody. How do I know that this girl is really sincere and just isnt being her "nice to everyone no matter what" self?

You don't know, and your inner voice is telling you that you are not special to her. Listen to your thoughts, they are telling you the truth. She may not be ready, and she might never be ready, pursue someone else or you will be disappointed.

You don't know that she's being really sincere. Sounds like she's not really interested. I'd move on if I were you. Otherwise she's going to continue stringing you along and messing with your head. You don't need that. There's others for you to pursue. Sorry.

Ask her to come over to your house...or ask her to eat lunch with you. Try spending more time with her.
