Just as a pure rusher, he would be easily in top 15, as a all-purpose back, easily one of the best, or the best

Seeing as though, I am pretty new football fan, been following it for about 6 years now. I would be very tempted to rank him number 1 but L.T. is just to good and I think his best years are ahead of him, scary isnt it. So I would rank Marshall in the top 2.

I thought Faulk had a terrific career. You have to remember that he was great immediately for a very bad Colt team. Not sure that I can name anybody better than him catching passes. Maybe Lenny Moore or Roger Craig.
But I don't think he cracks the Top Ten list of running backs.
But he will make the Hall of Fame nonetheless.

probably top 5 for all-purpose back and top 25 for all-time backs

not only did run with greatness, he caught the ball out of the back field and caught the ball down field and he made guys miss

the past 2 years marshall didnt do anything(started 1 game in the past 2 years and didnt score a single TD in the past 2 years) because of injuries, so i think if he started those 2 years then i think he would have eclipsed 15,000 career rushing yards and would have gotten over 7,000 career receiving yards

I would put him in the top 2 and maybe even at number 1 but I think before his career is over maybe Reggie Bush will be even better barring injury. The only other back I remember even coming close all purpose is Roger Craig with the 49rs.

I'm not sure about where he has to be on that list, but for me, M.F was the firts true receiveing back and opened a door for all the others. Just for that, he has to be considered as one of the greatests.
