as a 16 year old in high school carry around a lot of worry and stress you know it high school so how do you relax ?

I have a bubble bath with my favourite scented bubbles, light candles, have a tray of cheese and crackers and grapes by my side, read a book in the bath or I set up my portable dvd player close to the bath tub so i can watch a movie!

I also exercise ... very relaxing once you get good at it. And I like to have nights just to spend with my girlfriends watching movies and eating junk food and talking.

Also if you have the money...going to get a facial or your nails done or a massage...HUGE stress reliever.

I go out to spots where my favourite local bands play. We have a great night club that has all ages nights where I live. You get to know a lot of cute guys in bands.

And of course, SHOPPING.

***Oh and another nice thing to do if you live somewhere cold is just once in awhile forget about homework and tell your teacher you felt sick that night and coulnd't get it done, get into a pair of comfy flannel pajamas and have a mug of hot chocolate and watch your favourite after school shows and movies. We all need a break sometimes...sometimes if I've have good attendance I take the whole day off and go shopping and then come home and do that. My mom lets me too. lol.

Long hot showers, reading a good book with a main character I can identify with/relate to, go to a movie, listen to Bon Jovi (good ol' late '80s-early '90s), yeah, Livin' on a Prayer does a de-stressing good! ;)

Take a warm bath, light some scented candles and read a book or watch your favorite movie.

I love to bake cakes or puddings to blues when I'm stressed. Or i'll read up on the latest make up tricks and try them out for tomorrow!

A nice hot bath or something like that. If you have the option available to you, a massage works wonders. (Masturbating helps me too, if I can get into the mood, but if you aren't into that, you don't have to.)
