I have this giant zit that is oozing with puss. Everytime i touch my face it nearly explodes! Puss spatters all over the mirror and makes this popping sound. I've tried everything. (and i mean everything! milk, acne free, zit-no-more, pop those zits!, oxy, clear-face,etc.......).

toothpaste works. colgate white paste is best.

Witch Hazel!!! under $2 in the pharmacy a wal-mart!!! I had really bad acne and since I started using it my face has been basically zit free! Try it, i'm sure it'll work for you too! Hope I helped!

if its that bad you can go to a local dermatologist and they can give you a shot, which literally shrinks monster zits.

wash your face with warm water. then put some tooth paste on it. and then put a band-aid over it. by the morning it should be completely gone.

Go to a dermatologist and use Proactiv until you get that appointment.

try toothpaste it is suppose to dry it out
