You know, whatever makes you feel good. The feeling of winning is amazing, and making someone else feels good. But, I don't know if she'd be happy to find out that she freaked out because she beat you when you let her win.

It doesn't hurt you to lose once in a while but she will never learn if she doesn't lose, too...

Mate her in as few moves as possible. Play again and again and mate her each time. Show how good you are at mating her.
