It cleans any residue you may have missed in the cleansing process. It also helps balance the PH level in your skin. Be sure to use a cotton ball and not a Kleenex when applying toner.

Toner, basically, gets rid of oil.
If you have oily skin, it's amazing.. but if, like me, you have dry/sensitive skin, it will only make things worse.

it cleans your face really well. after you wash your face use some toner, you'll be suprised to see how much more dirt comes off of it.
