The 18 Year old would irk me way more for the following reasons:
The older guy is probably not the danger to the public that that18 year old is. Testosterone + Speed = Danger.
The older guy most probably earned the money needed to purchase the car, while an 18 year old with a $250,000 car had it given or loaned to him by wealthy parents.
As far as the woman is concerned, the 18 year old in the Ferrari could be a the type of guy that wants a pretty woman as a perfect accessory for a beautiful car. While the old bald man may realize the pretty woman is only with him for his money, it maybe a trade off he is willing to make for the sake of fun and enjoying retirement. He already did the 25 years of marriage and kids and now he's looking for excitement.
Yeah, the 18 year old is more irksome.

The 18 year old could have worked for it. There are jobs out there for us young people that does have a good income. Personally I think it's the old bald man.

Actually the Ferrari. Really how many people have the skills to safely drive a car that fast? Damn few 18 year olds and damn few old bald guys in the middle of their 'midlife crisis' .
