head over the bay bridge,,head east on hwy 580- toward tracy, then merge onto hwy 205 east toward tracy/stockton, take hwy 5 north, exit#461 onto hwy 120 east, take 99 south, head east again onto hwy 140 into yosemite.. approx. 4 hrs driving time, depending on obstacles and traffic, more or less...
