That stuff dries pretty stiff.. Just try scratching it gently with ur fingernail.

Well, that'll teach you for allowing a blonde to use your computer. Did she not notice the Delete button?
As for getting liquid paper off a laptop, you should probably be able to scrape it off yourself as long as it didn't get into the circuitry, it should be fine. I wouldn't recommend using any kind of solvent or cleaner, since the liquid could actually get into the circuits and do more damage.

You can scratch it off it and then just use a mr. clean magic eraser or something similar to get off what you could scrape off. I would try a razor blade to scrape with

Wait until it dries properly.... once it is, basically just scrape it off with a flat razor blade. White out is just plain old chalk, believe it or not....

you could try using a mr. clean magic eraser very softly. It should take it off the case easily. If it's on the screen, I wouldn't try it though. Not sure what to use on that.
