She was born and raised in New York City and her mother put her in commercials at the age of 11 months old. Since NYC is a big city with lots of soap opera's -- at the age of 4 Hayden was cast as someone child in the soap opera "One Life To Live". She was a child actor in a magor acting city. Thus, if you are seeking something similar and you have your parents full support (and you're under 18-years-old) -- you must live in Los Angeles, CA or New York City, you, too, can ask your parents to get a commercial agent. Although, since you are old enough to be on computer. You could take classes with Casting Directors and Agents, for a price, in these cities, too. It is worth the money, I believe, because you do meet the real Casting Director's and Agents and they become familar with you. Which is never bad, especially if you're talented. Certainly, pretty doesn't hurt, etc. And it is generally never that easy for anyone else. If you thinking of following in her footsteps . . . don't count on it. She is Hayden Panettiere and you're not. You may have to work twice as hard as she does just to get seen in Hollywood. In fact, you probably will as that is true 99% of the time for aspiring actors in Hollyweird or New York.

I dont think you'll reach her agent. He/she is probably tyed up in Star business, and is very expensive. You might be able to find a local agent, though.
