Needs to be a free mp3 file or midi if possible.

Limewire. Search, under "language" when you look at more options to find music, type in "German" and you will find plenty of them. Wagner is good too, but straight up marchs sung back then, Look in Limewire, Audio, More Options, Language, "German" ^-^ Enjoy.
