I have tendonitis my shoulder what can i do to heal it quickly i gave had it for almost a year now

Use ice bottles when it starts to ache-20 min.
try flat magnets also.
Take motrin (take pepcid complete under it if stomach upset)

Get some physiotherapy and take ibuprophen.
