philippines had a very rich variety of food. every plad had their own deli.
Like in Tagalog Region, We are very much fond of doing rice cakes. we do have kalamay, kutchinta, puto, bibingka, and others.
In Pampanga. they enjoy cooking spiced foods like sisig,
In bicol, they do have their famous bicol express. it is a sauted red chilli with pork and coco meat.
Let's go to visayan region, They also have their own recipe of rice cake, they calls it binignit. They are also known for their danggit and dried pusit. it even comes into different flavor. they already have the sweet and spicy, sweet, and spicy dried fish.
I mindanao, they also have their own native delis but not familiar with it since, i've only been to most places in luzon and visayas.
Among these, there are some common food that all filipinos know. the BBQ and adobo.
Adobo also comes to many variety. Some cooks it with coconut milk, some cooks it dried until being fried in it's own oil. some put some sugar to it. But all os those tastes good.
