I need some workers for my company (UK)...

however I don't want to expend a lot with ads... can anyone tell me some good job sites where I can find people whom are interested!?

Although you said you don't want to spend a lot with ads... I suggest you to try Yahoo! HotJobs...

It isn't too expensive, and you can reach lots of people!

The most important factor is the type of company you operate and the type of people you are looking for.

EG if you are looking for unskilled labour, you should try the local newspapers to the area who may well do a free editorial as part of a news article...

If you require specialist workers you need to focus on specialist websites/ magazines.

If you require Polish or Australian minimum wage workers there are specialist papers/websites - eg Gumtree for Australians...

Know your market and audience - a PR/Marketing agent may be able to sort out all your requirements...good luck
