65k is very premature for a strut on a honda. As a rule, the front strut replacement with a four wheel alignment will run about $300 using non-Honda parts or about $400-$450 for the OEM replacement. The front struts should last to at least 100k-125k, so the question is why you're replacing them. All struts will have a slight oil seepage around the shafts at that mileage but that doesn't mean the strut is bad. if someone told you that you need new struts because of oil on the shafts, you'll want to get a second opinion. When a strut is bad the tire will bounce down the road and the tire will develop a cupping pattern as the tire seeks its own balance. A 'quick test' you can do is to have someone drive next and slightly behind you on the freeway to look watch your front wheels as you drive. If the tires never leave the road then the struts are in all probability "good". If either of the tires bounces over bumps then the strut is probably due for replacement.

If you're doing it to get a firmer ride then go for it.
