I'm selling my house but my neighbor. But the thing is, he has put so many tarps over his house and so much wood around it. That when ever my neighbor orders pizza, they try to dillever it my house. Yes, it's that bad. There must be rodents and all other sorts of vermin over there. I am sure that it is a health code violation. I just need a number to call or a e-mail address. Your help would be most useful. Thanks in advance

call the police or city hall, I'm sure they will know where to go from there! My granddaughter called the police and they give her neighbors 2 weeks to clean it up.

sounds like right now I could be your neighbor. I haven't ordered any pizza however. In my case we are remodeling. We are living in a house that was in bad disrepair almost to the point of possible bulldozer. We've decided to remodel from the inside out. Since we need to live on the inside. As materials are on sale we buy them. As far as vermin or rodents, I don't have any the cats made them move out. But if its that big of a deal to you about my back yard then you can call the city on me. See what the city says as some cities don't like junk in back yards. If I am in violation then the city will issue me a complaint and I'll soon find out if you are my neighbor or not as when I recieve it, I'll certainly know who complained. You also can call the health department on me, I suppose since you think there is so many rats or vermin here. However, if you aren't my neighbor and the back yard is worse than my pile of roofing supplies, deck boarding, and a broken desk that is waiting for the guy to pick up... First talk to your neighbor. If they are rude and have no intentions to clean anything, seek the city, seek the state board, the county you reside in.

First call the manager of the unit or the regional manager for that area. If you get no satisfaction, then call your local health department and ask to talk to the sanatarian for the area that the store is in.
