You will not ever be able to find a legal copy that is free to download. It would be illegal and unethical to make one available. I'm not sure if there are any sites where you can buy an ebook version of the novel or not. I do know you can buy an audiobook version of New Moon online.

My suggestion would be that you check it out from your local library. Or start searching for an affordable used copy of the book.
