No, if everyone's appearance relfected their innermost true character, we would all be a glowing energy matrix that looked exactly like each other.
Our true innermost character is always the same, no matter what we behavior we chose to exhibit. We are beings of light, and love, deep inside.

There is a reason some people are more attractive on the outside then others. I believe it is Gods way of testing each of us. He has a plan so before you judge character by appearance remember this. You are right looks are only skin deep.

Awesome question. Yes, I think it would. I also think society's view of what is physically attractive would change because so many would become what is now thought of as ugly.
