Treat yourself with some ICE cream!!! Its okay stuff happens, just think of lollypops, cotton candies, and rainbow skittles. Tell your parents to change the internet control settings or perhaps you can do it urself. =)

well, how old are you?...there are lots of people that will eventually see a clip of porno and its not really that big of a deal.. just ignore that you saw it.. if you didnt see alot, then theres not alot to have a nightmare about.. how long would this nightmare last?? the few seconds of clip you saw would probably give you few seconds of nightmare.. not enough to remember in the morning.... sex is a natural thing and not something to be worrying about...

so are you nightmares about porn??? or the people naked or what??? you may have Gymnophobia or Nudophobia which is a fear of naked people or Coitophobia or Genophobia which are all fears of sex or love making. hell it exists. i know it sounds extremely silly, but it could be. if you want to stop having nightmares about just simply try to forget about it. just get your mind off it. it isn't as though you did anything with the porn (like masturbate to it, and even if you had done so, no biggie).
