Once you get your full, you'll find it's easier on floor than tramp because it's harder to over rotate.

*Remember to keep everything as tight as possible, most importantly your limbs
*Keep tight until the very end, or you will lose your full and lose the movement
*Make sure you are twisting and/or rotating in the same direction. Meaning, the top half of your body can't move one way while the bottom half moves the opposite way
*Depending how you throw your arms, keep them rotating with you and tight against you
*You arms should move following where you head will go, look to where you want to move yourself in the full
*Get good height with a powerful roundoff and spring off that floor up, not back
*A lot of the full depends on your core, tummy, and hips. Make sure to do exersizes to strengthen them and keep them moving in the full.

Fulls are hard to learn, and hard to explain and/or help on the internet. Sometimes you just got to try it and see where you go and learn from there. Make sure, of course, you are totally supervised and have a spotter ready to catch your fall. Good luck and keep it up!

--Use a spotter on the floor to help you over if your action is slow. Make sure your head is tucked tight. If your using a slow action springboard, after you have the mechanics right without a spotter--spring off the farthest front of the board.
--Gradually move back on the board so you get less spring from the board. And finally just get a little height help from it. If you have the modern spring mat , that will help a lot.

Well, you need to talk to your coach. He/she will need to spot you when you first try it and less and less until you can get it on your own. Good luck!
